One of my primary approaches to healing involves addressing our gut. When we speak of strengthening the physical body it is necessary first to focus on our core which incorporates the abdominal, back, and pelvic musculature.

One can think of our gut like a forest. If we unravel our gut from the mouth to the anus and lay it flat on the ground, it would cover the size of a tennis court. Microscopically the surface of our gut, however, is not flat like a tennis court.
